Microbial Testing

Foodborne diseases are diseases caused by the ingestion of bacteria, toxins, and cells produced by microorganisms that may present in food. Foodborne diseases are a major international health problem with consequent economic decline.

IETL can support laboratories to carry out proper microbial testing of food samples. Such training can start from the awareness of the General requirements and guidance for microbiological examinations (according to ISO 7218). IETL also can train your staff to conduct the detection of all food and water pathogens based on Real-Time PCR.
